Preamble & Core Principles

This Constitution outlines the foundational laws and operational framework for Blessed Records Exclusive Entertainment. Our primary objective is to foster a supportive and transparent environment for our artists, ensuring their professional growth while safeguarding their interests and those of their families. We believe in cultivating a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship built on trust, respect, and shared success. This document serves as the guiding principle for all operations, collaborations, and financial dealings within the label.

Article 1Artist Autonomy and Label Exclusivity

1.1Brand Collaboration: Blessed Records Exclusive Entertainment acknowledges the importance of artist branding. Artists are permitted to engage with other brands and ventures, provided these activities do not conflict with their contractual obligations to Blessed Records.

1.2Confidentiality Clause: All internal operations, financial dealings, artist earnings, and proprietary information related to Blessed Records Exclusive Entertainment and its artists remain strictly confidential. Disclosure of such information to any external party without explicit written consent from the label's management is a direct violation of this constitution and will be subject to disciplinary action as outlined herein.

Article 2Financial Management and Disbursement

2.1Official Label Account: All revenue generated from performances, endorsements, licensing, and any other commercial activities involving Blessed Records Exclusive Entertainment artists shall be paid directly into the official Blessed Records Exclusive Entertainment bank account.

2.2Accounting and Disbursement: The designated Accounting Manager of Blessed Records Exclusive Entertainment is responsible for meticulously tracking all incoming revenue and managing its disbursement. This includes, but is not limited to, artist royalties, production costs, marketing expenses, and administrative overheads.

Article 3Artist & Parent Financial Structure

3.1Performance Payouts: Following the successful execution of a show or project, the Accounting Manager will disburse payments. A specific portion will be allocated to the individual artist's account.

3.2Parental Allowance Account: A dedicated bank account, titled “Parent Allowance,” will be established for the parents or legal guardians of each artist. This account will receive a predetermined allocation from the artist's earnings, as agreed upon in their individual contracts. This ensures direct financial support and involvement for the artist's family.

3.3Financial Transparency: Artists and their parents/guardians will have access to statements detailing the flow of funds into and out of the “Parent Allowance” account and their respective artist accounts, ensuring transparency in financial matters.

Article 4Special Family Benefits

4.1Holiday Bonuses: Blessed Records Exclusive Entertainment is committed to celebrating the families that support our artists. Special bonus allocations will be disbursed to the “Parent Allowance” accounts on Mother's Day and Father's Day each year.

4.2Birthday Wishes and Gifts: The company will extend special wishes and a designated bonus to the parents/guardians of our artists on their birthdays. This gesture aims to acknowledge and appreciate their unwavering support and contribution to the artist's journey.

Article 5Artist Development and Support

5.1Career Growth: Blessed Records Exclusive Entertainment is dedicated to the holistic development of its artists. This includes providing resources for vocal training, performance coaching, music production, and marketing strategies.

5.2Contractual Adherence: All artists are bound by the terms and conditions stipulated in their individual contracts with Blessed Records Exclusive Entertainment. These contracts will detail specific royalty rates, performance obligations, term lengths, and intellectual property rights.

5.3Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disagreement or dispute arising between an artist and Blessed Records Exclusive Entertainment, both parties agree to engage in good-faith negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached amicably, the parties may consider mediation or arbitration as outlined in their individual contracts.

Article 6Label Responsibilities

6.1Promotion and Marketing: Blessed Records Exclusive Entertainment will undertake comprehensive promotional and marketing campaigns for its artists and their projects, including, for example, the “Light” EP. This includes leveraging platforms like LinkedIn, as well as other relevant industry channels.

6.2Legal and Administrative Support: The label will provide legal and administrative support to ensure artists are protected and all contractual obligations are met efficiently and ethically.

Ethical Conduct & Professionalism

Article 7Code of Conduct

7.1Professionalism: All artists, employees, and representatives of Blessed Records Exclusive Entertainment are expected to conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism at all times, whether in public, online, or during business. An Identity Card is available for each artist.

Zero Tolerance & Integrity

The organization maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards cultism and any form of threatening behavior among its members. We are committed to fostering a safe and respectful environment where every individual feels secure and valued. Any member found to be involved in cult-related activities, coercion, or intimidation of fellow members will face immediate and severe disciplinary action. Such conduct is antithetical to our core values and the principles of a disciplined organization.

We want to be unequivocally clear: there is no room for dishonesty, bullying, or threats within our ranks. Our commitment to integrity means that all actions are transparent, and all members are expected to treat each other with respect and fairness.

When an incident of cultism or threatening behavior is reported, it is not simply an internal matter. We will not hesitate to involve law enforcement. Such cases will be reported to the police, and appropriate authorities will handle the investigation and any necessary legal proceedings. This ensures that justice is served and reinforces our dedication to maintaining a safe and lawful community for everyone.
